At Fiat Lux, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
